  • Safety is built into everything we do. I'm certified in Canine CPR, First Aid, and Wilderness Emergency First Aid, and Trailhead Dog Co. carries full liability insurance. Outdoor and group environments come with inherent risks and I'm always transparent about that. Your dog will be in good hands out there.

  • If your dog is injured or becomes ill and I can't reach you, I will seek veterinary care on your behalf immediately. You'll be contacted as soon as possible and are responsible for any veterinary costs incurred. Your preferred vet and emergency contact information are collected as part of the intake process.

  • We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice are charged in full. You can find our full policies in our Terms & Conditions.
